Challenge

Rajhans Public School, founded in 1997, teaches from Nursery to Class XII with Science and Commerce streams at senior secondary level. Its website has to serve three audiences with conflicting needs at once: prospective parents making a significant decision, current families who need dates and notices quickly, and CBSE disclosure requirements that are non-negotiable. Optimising for any one of them degrades the others.

Solution

We separated the journeys instead of blending them. Admissions is a guided path covering the application, fee structure and results, aimed squarely at parents still deciding. Current families get a notice board, academic calendar and news section built for fast, repeat access. Mandatory disclosure lives in its own permanent structure. Campus galleries, facilities and leadership messages carry the credibility layer that a school decision actually turns on.

Technology

  • PHP
  • Custom CMS templates
  • Admission enquiry forms
  • Notice board & calendar modules
  • Gallery system
  • Responsive front-end

Outcome

The school runs one site that handles admissions, day-to-day family communication and CBSE disclosure without the three competing for the same space — and staff can publish notices and results without technical help.
